Founded in 2023 by Feïla Boucherit, a member of the Paris Bar since 2003, Febial Avocats is an independent firm dedicated to family law and litigation, in France and internationally.
Our conviction: family law makes the lawyer a lifelong companion — helping clients anticipate (agreements, estate planning), resolve (negotiation, mediation) and defend when a crisis demands it.

Feïla Boucherit,
founding partner
A graduate of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, holding a postgraduate degree (DEA) in business law and a Magistère in French and European economic law, Feïla Boucherit has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2003.
Trained in international business law firms, then a partner in charge of business and family law, she co-founded a multidisciplinary Paris firm in 2013 before establishing Febial Avocats in 2023.
She advises private clients, international families, executives and public figures, in French and in English, with recognised experience serving English-speaking clients and handling cross-border matters.
Committed to civic and humanist causes, she contributes to the work of the Synopia think tank (“Law and Justice” and “National Cohesion” groups) and supports several education and dialogue initiatives.
